- Custom Orders: Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective
- Materials: We use high-quality threads and fabrics, with exact materials specified in product descriptions
Ordering and Payment

- Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully processed
- We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
Payment
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Full payment is required before order fulfillment begins

Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days for handcrafted items
- Shipping: We ship throughout the UK with tracked delivery
- Risk of Loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery to your specified address
- Delays: Handmade items may require additional time during busy periods
Returns and Refunds
Returnable Items
- Standard embroidery pieces in original condition
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrectly shipped orders
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or bespoke pieces made to order
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 14 days
Return Window: 14 days from delivery date. Items must be in original condition with original packaging.
Care Instructions
- Cleaning: Hand wash gently in cold water or dry clean only
- Drying: Lay flat to dry, avoid direct sunlight
- Storage: Store flat or carefully folded in a cool, dry place
- Handling: Handle with clean hands to preserve colors and materials

All designs, patterns, and creative works are original to KQ Creates and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
