Welcome
These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of KQ Creates products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Our products
- One-off originals are individually handmade, so each is unique — slight variations in stitching, colour and texture are part of their character.
- Cards and kits are produced in small batches; what you see in the listing is what you'll receive.
- Commissions are made specifically for you and can't be returned unless faulty.
Ordering & payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Stripe
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- We may decline an order at our discretion
Shipping & delivery
- Cards and kits are usually dispatched within a few working days
- One-off originals and commissions may take longer to prepare
- We ship across the UK with tracked delivery; risk passes to you on delivery
Returns & refunds
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Commissions and made-to-order pieces are excluded unless faulty. Faulty or incorrectly shipped orders are always put right.
Care
Treat embroidered pieces gently: keep them out of direct sunlight, handle with clean hands, and follow any specific care notes included with your order.
Intellectual property
All designs and patterns are original to KQ Creates and protected by copyright. Please don't reproduce or resell them without written permission.
Liability & governing law
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by English law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
